Why not All Legal Conflicts Should Go to Court?
When a person goes to a law firm, they often do so with a very clear idea: «I want to win the case». However, legal experience shows that judicial proceedings aren’t always the best solution, nor the most effective or beneficial one for the client.
Before initiating any legal action, it is essential to analyse the conflict in depth: the available evidence, the financial and emotional costs, the timeframes involved, and the real chances of success. In many cases, a well-structured negotiation or an out-of-court solution can protect the client’s interests better than a long and uncertain lawsuit.
Acting with legal rigor also means knowing when a matter should not be taken to court. Defending rights is not synonymous with litigating without strategy , but rather with choosing the most appropriate course of action in each specific situation.
